Students must attend all classes regularly, and participate in all curricular, co-curricular and extracurricular activities, tests etc as per schedule.
Every student must carry the school diary to school every day.
Students are expected to conduct themselves in a dignified and responsible manner
During the change of teachers or moving along the corridors, silence must be observed.
Only English should be spoken in the school premises except in and during Nepali classes.
A strict code of uniform is to be followed by the students.
Students must bring all books and notebooks according to the time table for that day.
Students are not allowed to leave school during school hours without prior permission from the Principal.
Students are to refrain from bringing any sharp objects to school.
Electronic gadgets/mobiles are strictly prohibited in the school bus/school premises. If a student is caught using mobile phones or any other electronic device, it will immediately be confiscated by the school authority and the user will be penalised as per school laws.
Use of offensive language, bullying and damaging/stealing of school property will result in a penalty.
Teachers are not be presented with gifts on any occasion.
The school is not responsible for the loss of personal items like books, clothes etc
Students are advised against bringing valuable articles to the school. Wearing valuable jewellery to school is strictly prohibited. In case of any loss of any jewellery school authority shall not be responsible.
Students who forget their belongings can collect them from the Lost and Found in the school office.
Students must keep the school and classrooms clean.
Skipping/bunking and reporting late to class is strictly prohibited.
The violations of school rules will result in strict actions being taken against the violators
The school reserves the right to suspend or expel any student without notice, in case of serious discipline breach.
The school will not be liable for any damages/injuries sustained by a student at any time within the school premises

SCHOOL UNIFORM
Students must be properly dressed in complete uniform at all times.
Every student must wear their ID cards to school daily.
The uniform must be well maintained, neat and tidy.
Students are not allowed to visit public places in school uniform.
Boys must maintain short hair and girls with long hair should plait it with rubber bands or ribbons.
Nails should be clipped short and kept plain
Hair colouring/Nail polishes are not allowed
Students are not allowed to wear jewellery, cosmetics or Mehandi.
Expensive, fancy watches are not allowed.
Lab coat and sports uniform must be worn in the assigned periods, as per the timetable.
HOMEWORK
Students must complete the homework to their fullest potential on their own, without any help from their parents.
Students are advised to develop a regular homework routine and submit the assignments on time.
Online assignments, projects etc. must be submitted on time. In case of not being able to submit the work on time students shall require their parents to authenticate the reason with the teacher
PARENTAL COOPERATION
Parents and Guardians are requested to cooperate with the school authorities by:
Following the school diary daily for remarks regarding their ward’s diligence and behaviour.
Paying special attention to their child’s tidiness, punctuality, and regular attendance.
Overseeing that homework and lessons are completed on time.
Encouraging their ward to participate in group work, extracurricular activities and sports
Helping the child prepare their lessons and develop a reading habit.
Ensuring that the children bring the exercise books and textbooks to the class regularly as per the class routine.
Signing report cards, assessment sheets and project files and sending them back to school on time.
Attending meetings with the Principal or teachers in order to be intimated with their child’s progress.
Labelling the books, notebooks and other personal items of their child with proper name tags, class and roll number etc
Notifying school authorities of their child’s absence
Not bothering teachers by making phone calls or visiting their residence to discuss schoolwork.
